The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant to join a dynamic and growing finance team. The role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, SPV structures, and investment operations, working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, tax, legal, and operations.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, overseeing fund administrators, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-pace, deal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including SPV and structured finance entities
Liaise with third-party administrators and review accounting outputs and reconciliations
Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS/US GAAP
Support audits and manage auditor relationships
Oversee cash flows, including capital calls, distributions, and expense management
Partner with internal teams across tax, legal, and operations to resolve accounting issues
Drive process improvements and enhance financial controls
Assist with regulatory and investor reporting requirements
Requirements
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)
Experience in financial services (funds, asset management, SPVs, or structured finance preferred)
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS or US GAAP)
Experience working with fund administrators or outsourced providers is advantageous
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
