Modern Elevator Specialist Role
This opening presents a unique opportunity for an experienced Modernization Technician to join a fast-growing team in the elevator services sector.
Job Overview:
The selected candidate will work within our Projects/Modernization division, focusing on longer-term, local projects that provide consistency and structure. This role involves delivering full modernizations and major repairs on hydraulic and traction elevators.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive elevator modernizations and heavy repairs.
* Install, commission microprocessor controllers, and door equipment.
pumping units repair,
door equipment commissioning as well as ropes packing replacement.
Packing Replacement is required.
The candidate must perform routine inspections & annual safety tests according to OSHA regulations.
The technician may assess existing equipment condition advise upgrades or modifications when necessary extbf{and collaborate with colleagues} when needed or perform these responsibilities independently working from company vehicles equipped. Ensure all assigned tasks meet high standards of quality safety customer satisfaction, foster effective communication internal teams external customers) promote safe work environment internally employing Continuous Improvement program supervision guidance adhere appropriate regulatory guidelines (OSHA etc). Meet performance metrics productivity indicators set for individual positions being achieved reliably sustained throughout entire lifespan occupational relationship here described.
