Job Title: Office Manager

Role Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office by overseeing administrative processes, managing office facilities and supporting leadership in delivering a professional and well-organized workplace. The role requires strong leadership, organizational expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
* Manage administrative reception staff.
* Coordinate procurement of and maintenance of office supplies and equipment in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and building management, ensuring their services level are up to company's standards.
* Manage office maintenance, repairs and health & safety compliance.
* Support HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding.
* Organize company meetings and events.
* Develop and implement office policies, procedures and workflows.
* Monitor and manage office budgets, purchase orders, invoices and expense reporting for office related costs.
* Act as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in relation to office management.
Person Specification/Requirements
* 7+ years' experience in office and administration management within a corporate services environment.
* Experience in office relocation or setting up new office is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Excellent customer service, time management and multitasking skills.
* Highly organized and attention to details.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Demonstrates a proactive problem-solving mindset, anticipating potential challenges and addressing them effectively and professionally.
