Responsibilities

* Manage and mentor a small, high-performing finance team.
* Champion improvements in systems and processes to support scalable growth.
About You
* Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years\' experience in a Financial Controller role.
* Experienced in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, ideally in SME or eCommerce.
* Skilled in financial planning, reporting, and working capital management.
* Comfortable with ERP and CRM systems, with a flair for turning numbers into insights.
