Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Kitchen Operations Manager to lead our culinary team in menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision. A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare menus for daily service ensuring variety and nutritional value
* Supervise and instruct kitchen staff on food preparation and presentation techniques
* Monitor quality of finished dishes and maintain high standards adhering to health and safety regulations
* Coordinate and manage kitchen operations including equipment maintenance cleaning and inventory control
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role with proven leadership skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
