Employee engagement and company-wide events We are expanding our team of commissioning experts and are seeking to hire a Mechanical and Electrical Commissioning Lead for our Data Centre project in Copenhagen.
You will play an integral role in the lead out of commissioning activities.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute Level 1–5 commissioning and QA/QC documentation for either mechanical or electrical systems.
Plan and coordinate inspections, testing, and schedules for efficient project delivery.
Support commissioning from pre-construction through performance acceptance.
Review design specifications, submittals, drawings, and project schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, clients, and vendors.
Lead functional performance testing and validate systems against design requirements.
Ensure installations comply with codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Document non-conformances, manage punch lists, and conduct walkdowns and turnover.
Continuously improve procedures through lessons learned.
Maintain familiarity with LEED requirements and support cross-team collaboration.
Requirements:5–10 years of commissioning experience on large, high-tech data center construction projects.
Trade or degree qualification in a mechanical/Electrical discipline.
Hands-on data center commissioning experience across Levels 1–5.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical and/or Electrical systems Commissioning certification (e.g., CCP, QCx P) preferred.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point with strong communication skills.
