* Process charges correctly onto room bills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Monitor management accounts to identify areas for improvement.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, maintaining a professional tone at all times.
* Provide excellent customer service consistently, responding to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
* Take reservations and respond to guests promptly, ensuring their needs are met.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior customer-facing experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
