KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The main duties of this role will cover the following functions and responsibilities:
Within a team basis, this new position will provide Team Leader support for all project-based production requirements at the Letterkenny site, pertaining to the build process of pre-modular units and associated products.
Reporting to and fully supporting the Letterkenny Production Manager.
The Role Will Encompass The Following Duties
* Daily leadership and guidance of production teams.
* Driving and maintaining overall site standards in line with company expectations for Letterkenny facility, applicable to Vertiv employees and contractors.
* Achieving production schedule timeframes and ensuring customer deadlines are met.
* Organizing manpower, materials, and resources to meet targets.
* Coordinating external subcontractors, production staff activities, and preparing products for dispatch and logistics.
* Delivering Toolbox Talks and providing H&S guidance.
* Creating a positive, self-motivated team environment.
* Assisting with first-line management duties according to company procedures.
* Proficient in setting out, tracking, and timing work in coordination with the production and engineering teams.
* Applicants should have at least 4 years’ experience in a fabrication/welding background and familiarity with Tekla software.
* Knowledge of the EN1090 Standard is required.
* Experience in both industrial and commercial backgrounds is preferred.
