Job Description:
* Closely collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
* Oversee the coordination of construction and engineering teams to ensure timely completion within budget.
* Communicate project progress to directors and stakeholders through regular updates and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs and revenue performance.
* Ensure effective procurement and supply chain management.
* Represent the organization at client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings as required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Construction, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
