What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to our consistently high standards.
Maintaining a spotless and organised kitchen, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
Adhering strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations, guaranteeing top-notch quality and safety.
Collaborating effectively with other chefs, assisting with section management during peak service.
Assisting with stock control and managing supplies to keep our kitchen running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, ideally within a fast-paced restaurant setting.
A strong grasp of food safety regulations and best practices.
The ability to thrive under pressure and excel as a vital part of a cohesive team.
