Key Quality Assurance Role

Main Responsibilities:
* Support validation activities, including mapping studies and protocol execution, to ensure accuracy and precision.
* Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies, building strong relationships through clear and concise communication.
* Identify and implement training to ensure proper and efficient completion of all quality functions, enhancing our team's capabilities and performance.
* Use continuous improvement tools to instigate actions for improvements, driving innovation and excellence in our operations.
* Conduct internal audits/self-inspections according to the Annual Audit Schedule, ensuring compliance and adherence to quality standards.
* Manage Health & Safety in accordance with all quality-related initiatives, prioritizing the well-being of our team members and customers.
* Champion CAPA requirements of our organization, proactively engaging all stakeholders and promoting a culture of quality and accountability.
Essential Qualifications:
* 4+ years' experience in a GDP or GMP environment, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in quality assurance.
* Experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, showcasing leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures precisely, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and quality management systems (QMS), leveraging technology to enhance productivity and performance.
* Experience with CAPAs & Validation, applying technical knowledge to drive quality improvements.
* Internal & external audit experience, providing valuable insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
