Production Planner (Fixed-Term Contract to End of ****)
We are seeking an organised and analytical Production Planner to support production scheduling, logistics coordination, and operational performance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity
Analyse material availability, labour, and logistics to optimise production plans
Use ERP systems to manage production planning, labour hours, and inventory
Coordinate inbound materials and outbound finished goods logistics
Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and revenue targets
Identify process improvements and support lean manufacturing initiatives
About You
Strong production planning and scheduling experience
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of HVAC or industrial manufacturing environments is an advantage
