The Role:
* As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for helping clients to finance the purchase of properties and switch existing mortgages.
* Working within a team of advisors in a fast-paced environment, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing advice to new clients as well as support throughout the complete mortgage completion process.
* Ensuring accurate entry of data at all times, you will also provide full administration support in all aspects of new business and for existing client reviews.
* Assess clients’ financial circumstances, credit history and affordability to find them the best solution.
* Manage related paperwork, such as keeping track of bank statements and lender applications.
* Liaise and negotiate with banks to find the best loan for clients’ situations.
About you:
* At least 2+ years' experience in providing mortgage advice
* Working knowledge of the mortgage process including packaging and pipeline management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A good work ethic and a confident approach to daily duties
* Strong knowledge of mortgage and market leading products
* To be target driven with an excellent track record
