4. Policy Sales & Administration: Engage with employees to promote and sell pension and life assurance policies, ensuring all sales processes adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

5. Compliance & Statement of Suitability Reviews: Regularly review Statements of Suitability to ensure recommendations align with client needs and regulatory requirements.
