Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead and motivate our staff in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management and coordination of the C&B department
* Management of large events such as conferences, private parties and social events
* Liaising with customers and Sales team to ensure smooth event execution
* Coordination and rostering of the C&B team
* Motivation and ongoing development of the team including training, team meetings, appraisals
* Covering Duty Management shifts on front of house as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar role
* Strong management and leadership skills
* Excellent customer care skills and attention to detail
