Limerick Project: Conservation/Restoration Salary: Negotiable package + Benefits An established building and restoration company is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a major conservation project coming up in Limerick.
This is a permanent opportunity to join a specialist contractor with a strong reputation in building refurbishments, heritage works, and conservation.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee multiple aspects of conservation and restoration works on site.
Lead, coordinate, and support project teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Review programmes, drawing packages, and submittals while identifying potential issues early.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Drive project progress through effective planning, reporting, and problem-solving.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years construction industry experience, ideally with exposure to heritage, refurbishment, or conservation projects.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale works.
Relevant third-level qualification in construction management, engineering, or trade background with extensive management experience.
Excellent communication, client-facing, and reporting skills.
Full understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements, with up-to-date Health & Safety training desirable.
