Join us and become part of a forward-looking organisation shaping paediatric services, while building a meaningful and rewarding career.Purpose of the Role:Children's Health Ireland is entering an exciting new phase as we prepare for the opening of the new children's hospital.The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key leadership role in shaping how CHI attracts, engages and hires exceptional people to deliver world-class paediatric healthcare.This role will lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to implement an innovative, data-driven and candidate-focused recruitment model that supports CHI's workforce strategy, enhances stakeholder experience, and strengthens our employer brand across all sites.Essential Criteria: A third-level qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant area.ORA minimum of 5 years' generalist HR experience with completed HR qualification, At least 5 years' relevant post graduate experience, with minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing a recruitment or talent acquisition team. Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in a complex organisation, including international campaigns and proactive sourcing. Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools. Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
