Position Details This is a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Global HR Solutions team, which provides end-to-end HR services and partnerships worldwide.
As an Expert Specialist, you will collaborate with HR, employees, and managers to manage various HR processes and transactions.
Your key responsibilities include:

Handling first-line inquiries via calls, chats, and emails. Processing HR transactions, maintaining case accuracy, and closing cases. Advising managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Guiding users on systems like Workday and intranet to find information and submit requests. Understanding service scope and SLAs, and driving performance improvements. Escalating complex cases to the Center of Excellence and managing inquiries accordingly. Maintaining electronic employee files. Providing feedback and sharing learning with content governance and training teams. Supporting high-quality HR experiences and maintaining employment information. Conducting data quality reviews and testing system upgrades. Basic Qualifications 2+ years' experience in customer service, administration, or operations preferred. Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR) or equivalent work experience. Additional Skills/Preferences Knowledge of HR practices. Experience in shared services and Workday. Strong data management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate systems and adapt to ambiguous environments.
