These are dynamic roles which will involve you supporting a broad range of assignments and areas of human resources. These roles form part of our graduate programme and are initially offered on a 2–3 year basis, with the potential to become permanent after that.It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be tasked with:Providing end-to-end administrative support for recruitment campaignsAssisting with the provision of appropriate advice across a range of HR topics to clients or line managersAssisting with learning and development activities such as arranging and scheduling trainingWork collaboratively with more senior members on the team on more complex requirementsDrafting contracts of employment and employment policies & proceduresProviding assistance on strategic projects as required.Administrative support on reporting requirementsProviding support to other service lines or internal projects as required.Any other relevant duties that ariseAbout The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:An appropriate third level qualification in a relevant business discipline, such as Human Resources, Psychology or Organisational DevelopmentHave a minimum of 6 to 12 months HR experienceExcellent attention to detail and report writing skills;Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;A good work ethic with a positive, can do attitude and approach to workDesirable - experience within a professional services firmDesirable - qualification or keen interest in employment lawRSM is an equal opportunity employer.
