Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and provide top-notch service on a part-time basis. Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming guests on their arrival into the hotel.
Checking in and out guests and ensuring that all information required is recorded.
Advising guests of the hotel facilities, including opening hours, service times and local amenities.
Issuing guests’ bills, ensuring that they are correct and that payment is processed as per hotel policy.
Building good relationships with other departments.
Liaising with the accommodation department on a regular basis and updating them with relevant information, particularly room status.
Dealing with enquiries, complaints, requests and questions in a friendly and professional manner.
Following up on group bookings, package offers etc.
Liaising with the accounts department and ensuring that billing is accurate and correct.
Planning ahead, checking future business and confirming reservations.
Following up on emails and, where necessary, making relevant bookings.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Receptionist in a hotel is desirable.
Working knowledge of Guestline is advantageous.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Willing to learn something new and not afraid to ask questions.
Care enough about their new role that they will follow up on queries and enquiries.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Exceptional customer‑service skills and professional representation of the hotel at all times.
Full permission or valid visa to work in the EU.

Work Conditions
