Noel Group is proud to represent a market leading and well established manufacturer within the plumbing and heating industry. We are seeking a confident and experienced plumbing professional to join their team in a nationwide Technical Product Demonstrator role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced installer who enjoys engaging with people and wants to move into a dynamic, customer facing technical role while staying connected to the trade.
The Purpose of the Role
You will act as a technical ambassador for the brand in the field.
Your objective will be to increase product adoption, strengthen installer loyalty, support merchant sales growth, and ensure correct product application through practical demonstrations and training.
You will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to influence how products are specified, stocked and installed.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the brand at merchant trade mornings, exhibitions, industry events and open days across Ireland
Deliver hands on product demonstrations and toolbox talks to installers and contractors
Provide practical advice based on real site experience
Support the sales team in presenting technical solutions to key customers
Act as a technical point of contact for product related queries
Build strong working relationships with merchant branch managers and counter teams
Gather installer feedback and relay insights to internal teams
Maintain demonstration equipment and presentation materials
Travel nationwide as required and manage your own schedule effectively
What We Are Looking For
Minimum three years experience within the plumbing and heating industry
Strong practical installation knowledge and understanding of industry standards
Confident communicator who is comfortable presenting to small and medium sized groups
Professional and personable with the ability to build long term relationships
Self motivated, organised and capable of working independently
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland
This role would suit a senior plumber or heating engineer who wants to transition off the tools into a respected technical role with long term progression opportunities.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first year you will be independently delivering product training sessions, building strong relationships with merchants and installers in your region, and contributing directly to increased product usage and brand loyalty.
