You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team that values innovation and excellence.What You Will DoLead cross-functional bid teams to manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to submission and handoverManage timelines, approval gates, deliverables and bid governance to ensure on-time, high-quality submissionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with sales, product, delivery, legal and finance stakeholdersChallenge and validate inputs using the customer lens to strengthen the deal story and mitigate riskWrite, edit and proof proposals, technical responses and pitch materials with meticulous attention to detailCreate deal storyboards, win themes, unique selling propositions and competitor assessmentsCoordinate internal reviews, pricing inputs and contractual pre-checks for compliant responsesCapture lessons learned and improve bid templates, content libraries and processesWhat You Will Need To HaveStrong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous RFPs and tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication and meticulous proofreading and editorial skillsDemonstrated success in proposal development and RFP/RFI response preparationAbility to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environmentProficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and comfortable using proposal management or CRM toolsWhat Would Be Great To HaveAPMP Foundation qualificationPrevious bid management or pre-sales experience in payments or FinTechExperience authoring technical and commercial proposal sectionsFamiliarity with legal and finance review processes and contract handoverExperience working across EMEA and with distributed virtual teamsThank You For Considering Employment With Fiserv.
