Lead Sage X3 Transformation Expert
This is a senior role focused on enhancing the performance of an organisation's existing Sage X3 platform.
The ideal candidate will lead a critical review and optimisation of the system, ensuring it supports the organisation's evolving operational needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Sage X3 setup to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement a clear remediation or replacement strategy.
* Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure the system aligns with business requirements.
* Drive process automation, best practice adoption, and change management.
* Support user enablement and ensure timely delivery of system improvements.
Key Requirements:
* Proven expertise in Sage X3 (Financials, Inventory & Distribution, Manufacturing, PJM).
* Strong background in financial reporting and troubleshooting ERP issues.
* Experience in solution design, configuration, and optimisation.
* Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and system upgrades.
* Familiarity with healthcare/pharma compliance requirements.
* Reporting experience with Sage X3 tools, Crystal Reports, or Power BI.
