Job Description: Senior Site Engineer
Location: Co. Waterford
The Package: €70,000 - €80,000+ Vehicle + Fuel + Matched Pension
The Project: €multi-million healthcare project
Overview:
A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer for a large-scale €multi-million healthcare project in Waterford, the project itself is a multi-storey extension onto an existing healthcare facility as well as substations, pumping stations, generator buildings and all associated site development works. The company themselves have a huge pipeline of work in the Southeast promising long-term work in the area. This role will see you reporting directly into Senior Management which will help you progress your career to the next level.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with Irish Main Contractor
* Strong experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly within healthcare or similar
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring project progression in line with agreed timelines.
* Collaborate with the project management team to ensure the project is delivered within budget and schedule.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
* Mentor and support junior engineers on site.
The Package:
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of approx. €70,000 - €80,000+ Vehicle + Fuel + Matched Pension.
