One of Irelands leading and most respected main contractors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years experience to work with a top-tier contractor involved in a broad range of residential, commercial, and industrial developments across Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the commercial aspects of ongoing construction projects. Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, valuations, and variations. Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial reporting throughout project delivery. Assist in the preparation of tenders and procurement strategies. Support project teams and senior commercial staff in contract administration. Liaise closely with site teams, design consultants, and suppliers to ensure financial targets are met. Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience with a main contractor or large subcontractor. Experience across residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is advantageous. Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software tools and cost management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
