Job Title: Quality Manager
We are currently recruiting for a senior quality professional to oversee and manage our assurance processes on one of the largest construction projects in County Kerry.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee assurance for civils and concrete projects.
* Implement, maintain and continually improve our management system (QMS) to meet industry standards and client requirements.
* Conduct regular audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
* Manage and maintain quality documentation using Fieldview and Viewpoint systems.
* Develop, review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and procedures to ensure quality is integrated into every stage of project delivery.
* Closely collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and clients to resolve any quality issues that may arise.
* Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices to staff at all levels.
* Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
* Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements:
* Civil engineering or construction management qualification.
* Proven experience in civils and concrete assurance management.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and management systems.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
