The Role
As Tax Director, you'll:
Lead and grow the Tax Department within the Dublin office
Manage a challenging and evolving portfolio of clients across diverse industries
Provide intelligent, creative, and commercially focused tax solutions to client issues
Write high-quality tax reports and documentation with minimal partner input
Develop strong client relationships, gaining an in-depth understanding of their businesses
Contribute to winning new work and cross-selling wider services across the group
Manage budgets and deadlines while ensuring a consistently high level of client satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
CTA qualified with significant experience in a senior tax role
Technically strong with the ability to identify tax opportunities for clients
Proven in managing, leading, and developing a professional team
A confident communicator who thrives on building strong client relationships
Motivated, proactive, and able to balance commercial awareness with technical expertise
Organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow within a progressive and expanding firm
