The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent German and English communicator, able to articulate complex solutions in clear business terms. With 18–24 months of experience in an SDR role (SaaS/IT) or 6–12 months in B2B sales, you will have a proven track record of hitting KPIs and delivering high-quality account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets within the SME segment
* Manage inbound leads and convert them into paying customers
* Apply structured sales methodologies to reduce sales cycles
* Act as a brand ambassador, promoting product value and benefits
* Prioritize and track sales opportunities for timely follow-up
* D deliver high-quality account management to support tech adoption
* Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and revenue growth
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Native/Fluent German and English communication (C1+)
* 18–24 months in an SDR role (SaaS/IT), or 6–12 months in B2B sales
* Experience with SaaS, software vendors, or systems integrators
* Skill in prospecting, discovery calls & closing presentations
* Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about emerging technology
