They deliver complex HVAC installation projects for commercial and industrial clients and are recognised as a top-tier operator within their market.
Due to internal succession planning, our client is now seeking an experienced Project Lead to take ownership of a significant installation division.
The Role This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for managing the company's HVAC installation projects and commercial performance.
The successful candidate will take ownership of an €8-9 million installation portfolio, overseeing multiple live projects simultaneously and leading installation teams on site.
Key responsibilities include: Full ownership of the HVAC installation division and project delivery Managing 3-10 concurrent projects, from post-contract award through to completion Financial tracking, cost control, and project performance monitoring Labour planning, resource allocation, and material management Acting as the primary operational contact for clients after contract award Leading and developing site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Working closely with senior management on strategy, forecasting, and growth This role requires a strong presence on construction sites and the authority to drive standards, performance, and accountability.
The Candidate Our client is seeking a senior-level professional with: A strong background in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction Proven experience managing large-scale installation projects Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong commercial awareness and financial control capability Experience leading teams and taking full ownership of outcomes Confidence operating on construction sites with direct labour and subcontractors A decisive, accountable leadership style Package Our client offers a senior-level, market-leading package, including: Salary: €95,000 - €110,000 Bonus: Performance-related (negotiable) Vehicle: Company car provided Fuel Card: Included Pension: 3-5% company contribution Holidays: 20 days annual leave Equipment: Laptop and phone provided Role Level: Full project, financial, and operational ownership BMS Performance specialises in recruiting Engineering professionals, nationally.
