Technical Transfer Scientist is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring an individual with expertise in process validation and production support. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating technical transfer activities to ensure seamless integration of processes and technology.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing functional partnerships with site business units to address technical transfer activity-related issues
* Providing on-floor process support and enhanced support during engineering runs
* Raising, investigating, and closing out non-conformances, planned deviations, and change control requests
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a technical discipline, such as biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology, or biopharmaceuticals. A PhD is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should have operational experience in new product introductions and product support within the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry.
A strong background in knowledge of processes and equipment necessary for the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, including oral solid dose, parenterals, and biologicals, is essential. Experience in authoring, reviewing, and executing process validation studies and reports is also required. Vaccines development and stewardship experience would be beneficial.
