Job Opportunity:
Site Operations Coordinator
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of our construction sites. This role entails maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate site activities to ensure smooth project execution
* Maintain up-to-date registers and records, including PRA/RAMS/SSWP
* Liaise with subcontractors to obtain the latest information
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Support in obtaining Safety Data Sheets from suppliers
* Record expenditure for analysis by Engineers
* Update procurement register and coordinate with Office Clerks on purchase orders
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a Site Administrator/Site Clerk/Document Controller role
* Proven data entry/administration experience is essential
* Proficient in MS Office packages required
