Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Consultant in our Custody Client Services team based in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing incoming queries and ensuring prompt, effective solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to resolve client inquiries.
* Support the setup of client and custody accounts, guaranteeing accurate documentation of all data.
* Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address any discrepancies or delays in asset servicing and transaction flows.
* Assist in the preparation of comprehensive client reports and participate in service review meetings to monitor service level agreements and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience working within financial services environments, preferably with exposure to Custody or related fields.
* Strong communication skills, enabling effective internal and external relationship building.
* Proactive problem-solving abilities, solution-focused approach.
* Previous client-facing experience or responsibilities for client ownership.
