This is apermanentposition located in Dublin.Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Role Overview Reporting to the IT Data Solutions Architect, this role will provide technical leadership and expertise in HR and payroll technology, ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of related systems and processes.The role acts as the key technical representative for HR, working closely with IT, HR and business stakeholders to bridge functional needs with system capabilities and drive innovation in support and automation.Based out of our Dublin headquarters, this position requires a strong commitment to data privacy, security, and ethical handling of all information.Role and Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize core HR and payroll systems, including MHR i Trent Payroll and SAP Success Factors (MWL).Represent HR on technical calls with vendors and internal IT teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.Manage integration between HR/Payroll systems and other enterprise platforms, including Workforce Software for Time & Attendance.Oversee technical support and incident resolution via Service Now.Plan, coordinate, and implement system upgrades, patches, and release management for all HR technology platforms.Ensure compliance with GDPR, payroll legislation, and data security standards.Support payroll operations, including troubleshooting and testing.Manage and optimize the Aisera agentic AI platform to automate HR service workflows and enhance employee experience.Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong technical competence in MHR i Trent and SAP Success Factors (MWL).Advanced coding and scripting skills (SQL, Python, Power Shell).Integration expertise (APIs, SFTP, data transformation).Understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.Qualification and Education Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).Certifications/Experience in MHR i Trent and/or SAP Success Factors preferred.Additional certifications in data analytics, report writing, or integration tools (e.g., Power BI) desirable but not essential Skills and Behaviours Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.High attention to detail and data accuracy.Collaborative and able to work across HR, IT, and vendor teams.Proactive in identifying automation and AI opportunities.Committed to security, compliance, and continuous improvement.Demonstrates integrity and ethical judgment in handling sensitive data.Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.For more information please apply here or contact Harleen Tora/harleen(dot) Ref: EET7743 Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in the location specified or currently hold a valid appropriate long term work Visa to apply.eir evo talent, eir evo and our clients are equal opportunity employers who seeks to recruit and appoint the best available person for a job regardless of marital / civil partnership status, sex (including pregnancy), age, religion, belief, race, nationality and ethnic or national origin, colour, sexual orientation or disability.
