Parts Advisor (Trucks) This is a superb opportunity for a Parts Advisor with at least one years motor parts experience to work for a leading truck company who are based in the Dungannon area. They are a very professional dealership who are one of the leading brands and who have state-of-the-art premises. Hours of work: 42.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:30 (Saturday overtime working will be on a rotational basis; 08:00 12:00 payable at 1.5 rate) On offer: Salary £29,000 Overtime is paid at time and a half Death in service Pension 30 holidays Subsidised canteen The Role: Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts, processing orders in a timely and accurate manner To handle all customers / prospective customers in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner both on the telephone and in person representative of the brand Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery Upsell products and vehicle parts accessories Check deliveries of stock against delivery notes and record any discrepancies If you would like to find out more about this Parts Advisor job, then contact James Coulter.
