Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
* Assist in the execution of the strategic marketing plan under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
* Coordinate and schedule content across all social media platforms in line with the brand's voice and messaging.
* Monitor engagement and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Support the development and maintenance of marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign trackers.
* Assist in the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots, including logistics, vendor communication, and onsite support.
* Help draft creative briefs, storyboards, and visual content guidelines.
* Organize and support the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, flyers, and digital assets.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards maintained.
* Assist in the creation and distribution of monthly e-zines and newsletters, ensuring timely delivery and accurate content.
* Maintain up-to-date records of all marketing activities, media contacts, image banks, and campaign assets.
* Support the management and updating of website content, including offers, imagery, and blog posts.
* Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
* Track and report on campaign performance using basic analytics tools; compile data for reports.
* Assist in planning and executing promotional events, launches, media visits, and familiarization trips.
* Handle administrative duties such as budget tracking, invoice processing, purchase orders, and departmental reporting.
* Coordinate logistics for PR and influencer collaborations under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
Requirements for the Role:
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support or administrative role, preferably within hospitality or a fast-paced service environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design or content tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or CMS platforms is a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and basic digital marketing principles.
* A passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to the guest experience through effective marketing support.
