Job Title: Dining Operations Manager
Job Description:
As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining operations within a luxury hotel. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality guest experiences, driving team performance, and achieving operational goals. You will lead and manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and events.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver consistently high levels of guest service and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
2. Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring team motivation and adherence to service standards.
3. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
4. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to enhance menus and service offerings.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase revenue, efficiency, and guest experience.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a hotel or resort environment.
2. Strong leadership and team development skills.
3. Proven ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and service delivery.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
5. Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
6. A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
7. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
