Production Manager
A key role overseeing all molding operations, establishing performance standards, measuring results, analyzing workflow, and troubleshooting problems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Adhere to and enforce safety procedures/policies.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment.
* Ensure customer requirements are met.
* Review and approve lab management.
* Understand all products and quality specifications of active products.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience in Injection Molding Medical Device manufacturing facility and General manufacturing operations in a similar high-volume production role.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze performance data and present actionable insights.
Skillset includes injection moulding, production, manufacturing, management, lean manufacturing, reporting, and ISO Standards.
