Role Purpose To lead, manage and safely deliver a suite of integrated, customer-focused services, aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and national service model. Key Responsibilities Champion and embody the organisation's values in all aspects of work. Lead the delivery of high-quality, integrated services with strong performance metrics, timely delivery and continuous productivity improvements. Work closely with HR to support and advance the organisation's people strategy. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and sector standards. Develop and enhance a customer-centric service model aligned with national health service structures. Represent the organisation at regional and national events within the community sector. Drive innovation, new service development and the adoption of emerging technologies. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the National Head of Services. Essential Skills & Experience Proven leadership experience within a complex, multi-site or national service organisation. Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and respect. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum of 3 years' experience managing employees, including performance management and team development. Confident presenter with experience engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders. Strong networking and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated experience achieving service delivery targets Commitment to continuous improvement and familiarity with Quality Management Systems. Strong stakeholder management track record. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience using CRM systems for service management and reporting. Ability to generate and interpret reports to support decision-making. Full clean driver's licence and access to own vehicle.
