HR Learning & Development Officer
BWG Foods has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a HR Learning & Development Officer. Based at BWG Head Office and reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Development, the ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about continuous development.
Responsibilities include:
1. Support the Head of Learning & Development in conducting regular training needs assessments across the retail business.
2. Generate reports on training metrics and effectiveness.
3. Ensure the eLearning platform is updated as required.
4. Assist in designing new training programs.
5. Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and manuals.
6. Plan and communicate leadership training programs with external providers.
7. Serve as the first point of contact for Learning & Development queries internally and externally.
8. Coordinate logistics and scheduling for training sessions.
9. Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
10. Review and update HR policies.
11. Support HR projects as needed.
12. Assist with onboarding of new employees.
13. Collaborate on communication articles with colleagues.
14. Identify skills gaps and development opportunities via surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations.
15. Work with the Head of Learning & Development to manage wellness programs.
16. Coordinate and facilitate health and wellness activities.
