Senior Oracle Developer Daily Rate Contract Stelfox is looking for a Senior Oracle Developer to join one of our banking clients based in Dublin, Ireland. You will join the Finance Technology team as a developer, contributing to the design and enhancement of high-performance, business-critical systems. This role focuses on building a strategic platform supporting key financial operations, with opportunities to drive innovation through a forward-looking roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Rewrite / migrate functionality in some of the existing reference data systems to our strategic platforms. Building tools to reduce time to market for onboarding new feeds, including data quality monitoring, data reconciliation and automated test tools. Adding new features to the core reference data platform to manage data quality and analytics. Develop new features in our strategic platforms. In addition, you will occasionally be providing third-level support for the applications. You will also be expected to gain an understanding of the business data domain and perform analysis when necessary. Skills required: Minimum of 8 years of strong Oracle development experience (PL/SQL), with expertise in large-scale databases, including index strategies, partitioning, performance tuning, optimization, and stored procedures. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Results-driven and experienced in Agile development methodologies.
