Role Responsibilities:
As the
Radio Station Manager Intern
, you will:
* Oversee daily station operations and manage our broadcasting schedule
* Coordinate with show hosts, guests, and contributors to ensure smooth programming
* Monitor and troubleshoot streaming quality and technical issues
* Develop and implement new show concepts and content ideas
* Assist in promoting shows and events through social media and other channels
* Work closely with the team to drive engagement and grow our audience
Qualifications:
* Passion for radio, media, and broadcasting
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Basic understanding of broadcasting tools (e.g., OBS, Playit Live) is a plus
* Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the media industry
