We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our friendly Front Office team.

As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your colleagues to ensure that guests receive a warm and efficient welcome during their stay.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, implement and train staff on SOPs and Standards.
">
* Ensure arrival and departure procedures are followed to deliver a positive guest experience.
">
* Manage reservations calls efficiently, providing high levels of guest care.
">
* Attend regular meetings with the General Manager and Head of Department.
">
* Oversee room allocation and liaise with Accommodation to ensure timely availability.
">
* Promote the hotel, its outlets and local activities to all guests.
">
* Ensure filing and administration in the department is accurate and up-to-date.
">
* Recruit and train new team members.
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience as Assistant Front Office Manager.

* Working knowledge of Front Office Systems.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
