Job Title: Key Account Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the current customer base through proactive sales efforts.
* SOURCE AND PURSUE NEW BUSINESS LEADS TO DRIVE GROWTH AND EXPANSION OF THE CURRENT CUSTOMER BASE.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a sales environment within the FMCG sector.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full clean Irish driving license.
