This is a Full Time position that consists of weekday and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that our guests have an enjoyable guest experience when they visit us at The Old Lodge Gastro pub.
* Ensure that Service Standards are implemented on a day to day basis.
* Be fully aware of what is happening in the operation in terms of bookings, events and special promotions.
* Motivate, organise and delegate duties to the team each evening.
* Greet, welcome and seat guests
* Maintain a visible presence in the room
* Deal with complaints in a professional and prompt manner.
Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years experience in a food and beverage establishment is required. Team Lead/Supervisory experience desirable.
* A positive attitude with a passion for the hospitality industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Team player with the ability to multi task and a fine eye for detail.
* An authentic people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
* Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate working independently while handling multiple responsibilities and following up on queries and inquiries as part of a daily routine.
* Level headed with strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.
* Fluent English.
* Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.
