Our organization is seeking an HR Generalist to provide support for a major employee transfer project on a 9-month contract basis.
* Manage HR processes related to employee transfers
* Conduct one-to-one meetings to communicate terms and conditions
* Handle transfer queries and manage contract requests
* Validate mapping and support onboarding progress
Liaise with regional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* A minimum of 3 years' HR experience at generalist level
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing sensitive data
