In the automotive space we've streamlined the licensing of over 200 million connected vehicles to date (https://www.avanci.com/vehicle/) and are continuously expanding into new verticals.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysisEvaluate current processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in the current financial collections and distribution applicationsDevelop process maps, workflows, and documentation to support solution designPartner with technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectivelyDefine requirements for system improvements or new solutions, including customer-facing interfacesDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needsTrack progress, manage risks, and escrow issues when neededEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goalRequired Skills, Professional, and Technical ExpertiseAbility to understand business needs of key stakeholdersAbility to work independentlyStrong analytical and organizational skillsProactive and structured in problem solvingProficient in data visualizationFamiliarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Up-to-date knowledge of technology applications including:MS Excel (Expert level proficiency, incl.
