Job Title: Day Care Centre Manager
This role is ideal for an experienced and skilled professional who can lead and manage the provision of a Day Care Centre.
* Key Responsibilities:
* The day-to-day management and maintenance of the Day Care Facility for the benefit of the wider community.
* Identifying and pursuing initiatives that support the activities of the Centre.
* Developing a programme of activities for the Centre, including social and developmental areas, food services, etc.
* Liaising with external agencies to develop a Programme for Service Users and schedule, maintain, and monitor activities.
* Developing and maintaining liaison structures for service users.
* Staff management, including recruitment, induction, training, and development, day-to-day supervision, report writing, and file maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing a similar facility or department.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of organisational and time management skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
