Job Description
A Documentation / Compliance administrator is required to join our North Cork based client – a market leader in the provision of electro - mechanical repair services and solutions to the industrial and utilities sector .
Role of this position
* Supporting and coordinating the implementation, continuous improvement and maintenance of the companies Standards, Lean and EHSQ systems in conjunction with the EHSQ Manager and Standards and Lean Coordinator.
* Conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
* Recording and addressing Corrective Actions and Concert Forms across the Quality, Environmental and Operational areas.
* Participating in internal and external audits: - ISO 9001 (Quality Management) - ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) - ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) - IECEx Audits - ABB Certification Audits - EASA Accreditation Audits
* Assisting with record keeping and maintaining compliance with IECEx standards. Assisting with delivery of toolbox talks and awareness sessions for Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety.
* Assisting with drafting and implementing all documentation and procedures as required. Maintaining and recording details of waste management, water analysis, environmental controls, etc.
REQUIREMENT:
* Experience with certifications, compliance standards, and regulated industry requirements is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills together with strong record keeping abilities is essential.
* Experience in working with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
* Familiarity with predictive analytics, power BI dashboards, etc. Strong analytical skills together with the ability to think critically and a methodical approach.
