This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Working alongside other sales team members, marketing professionals, and customer success teams, this role is essential for driving significant revenue and positioning the organization as a trusted partner in the industry.ResponsibilitiesOwn a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning business with companies between 2,000+ employeesMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, biannually and yearly revenue targetsContinually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development rep, and managing inbound prospectsNavigate an enterprise to map stakeholders to allow multi-threading, build champions, generate buy-in and close deals with C-Level decision makersLeverage MEDDIC and account plans to identify risks and unique strengths, which then formulates a planThe instincts to recognize organizational financial and behavioural structures and obstaclesKeep Salesforce and Gong up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales processQualifications5+ years successfully selling complex and strategic opportunities to Enterprise organisationsIdeally, experience selling into HR and/or payroll professionalsPractitioner of MEDDICA track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software roleDemonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executivesHunter mentality with solid Sales acumen and appetite for continual learningDesire to work for a fast-paced scale-up and take on increasing levels of responsibilityMust be fluent in EnglishTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
