Key Responsibilities
1. Foster effective working relationships and execute HR strategies, ensuring seamless implementation of action plans.
2. Develop and implement workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and employee well-being initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior HR Operational role, preferably in the public sector.
* Prior experience working in healthcare services is essential.
* Excellent knowledge of employment law, with previous ER/IR experience.
